iPhone 7 and iPhone 2G are separated by 9 years of history, the Apple company still keeping surprisingly large elements that make the iPhone easily recognizable. From the iconic front panel, which has not changed during this time, to the color used for the case, or logo, the terminals have many things that bring them closer together.
You can also see from the main image of the video clip below that the simple covering of the lower part of the iPhone 7 case makes it look very much like an iPhone 2G. The same is also true for the boxes of the two terminals, the one for the jet black version resembling extremely well the one of the iPhone 2G, Apple keeping many similar things here.
Considering that next year Apple will release an anniversary iPhone, it will be interesting to see if changes will be implemented, or if the iconic design will be maintained.
