Galaxy Note 7 suspended from sale in the USA

With at least 4 terminals Galaxy Note 7 that caught fire in the USA in the course of a single week and another one burned in Taiwan, the new Samsung smartphone is headed for extinction. Last night AT&T, the second largest US mobile phone operator, announced that it was suspending smartphone sales until its situation was clarified.

In the morning we found out that Samsung has suspended the production of the Galaxy Note 7, and T-Mobile has suspended sales of the smartphone in the US after AT&T. Now we also learn that Verizon has made the same decision, so the Galaxy Note 7 can no longer be bought in the US at the moment from the 3 major mobile operators, Samsung partners.

Those from Verizon cited the same reasons for the suspension, that is, the danger that the Galaxy Note 7 has for customers who buy it or replace it. The decision is as normal as possible under these conditions because the Galaxy Note 7 is not safe for anyone at the moment, and customers must think about their health.

If even Samsung stopped production of the Galaxy Note 7, it is clear that we are talking about a smartphone that has serious problems and you must be careful. My recommendation is to return the terminal to the store where you bought it and choose another smartphone model, either from Samsung or from another manufacturer.

"Samsung is working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission to investigate the safety of replacement Samsung Galaxy Note7 smartphones. While the investigation is underway, Verizon is suspending the exchange of replacement Note7 smartphones. Any Verizon customer concerned about the safety of their replacement Note7 smartphone may take it back to the original point of purchase to exchange it for another smartphone. Verizon online customers may also exchange their replacement Note7 smartphones at Verizon stores.”
