Considering that Samsung stopped its production, we are talking about a postponement that may turn into a cancellation of the launch and not a delayed sale.
Considering that the Samsung subsidiary in the Netherlands postponed the launch, controlling the sales for the whole of Europe, it is clear that the same thing will happen in other countries. Samsung has not yet provided details regarding its plans regarding the availability of the Galaxy Note 7 in Europe in the next period, but sales will probably be stopped.

Considering that in the USA the decision was made to stop the sales of this terminal, it is as normal as possible for an identical decision to be made in Europe, in this situation. The Galaxy Note 7 is dangerous for Samsung customers, so it should not be sold in any country until the problems with the defective batteries are solved by the manufacturer, or the product is completely removed from sale.
