They boasted about this success even in the presentation text for the series that will be distributed exclusively online in the next period, so it will not be broadcast on TV.
Of course, its producers did not reveal what kind of iPhone terminals were used for recording, but we are probably talking about iPhone 6S/Plus or iPhone 7/Plus. The quality of the image is not extraordinary, but it seems to be close to what is offered by the videos taken with one of the 4 models of iPhone terminals mentioned above.
Depending on the impressions of those who will watch the series in the following period, other manufacturers could have the idea of using Apple smartphones for similar purposes. It is hard to say if the decision to use the iPhone is based on the idea of reducing production costs, or if it is simply a marketing move to bring the series to the attention of the world.
This is not the first type of production of this kind filmed using iPhone terminals, TV show and short films being filmed in the past also with Apple products, they being quite successful.
