The Galaxy S8 will have an Alcantara leather cover

The Galaxy S8 will have an Alcantara case specially created by the Samsung company for customers who want premium accessories.

Samsung is trying to make the Galaxy S8 as exclusive as possible, so it thought of a new series of accessories, and one of the cases under development is quite unusual. More specifically, the Samsung company wants to launch an Alcantara "leather" case for its new smartphone to be launched early next year.

The material is most often found in car seats and is chosen by car manufacturers thanks to its resistance over time, but also against stains. Those from Samsung probably choose it for the same reasons, but also to offer their customers on the phone what they feel when they sit in the car every day.

Separately, for the Galaxy S8, Samsung will launch many accessories that we already know from previous models in the Galaxy series. Specifically, Clear View, LED View, S View cases, keyboard cases, but also a case with an external battery, its capacity being 500 mAh less than the one currently sold for the Galaxy S7.

It's hard to say how many people will want to buy the new Alcantara case for the Galaxy S8, but the accessory will probably attract the attention of quite a large number of users.

"Some Galaxy S8 accessories will be new. For example, you'll be able to buy a Protective Cover "knitted with Alcantara" for your S8. While you may have heard the term Alcantara leather, Alcantara is not actually leather. It's a synthetic material that resembles suede leather, while being more durable and resistant to stains."
