Considering that these researchers came to the conclusion that women would own more iPhone terminals than men, they also came to the conclusion that they would be more emotional, so implicitly the whole basis would be the same. Of course, everything here depends on the types of people you meet, so its relevance to the entire user base is debatable.
Moving on to Android users, they are older, more honest, less likely to break society's rules for personal gains, but they are not really that interested in wealth. In the same vein, they do not see their terminals as objects to show off in society, and this is not the first time we hear something like this.
This study was presented in September by psychology researchers and was later published in a specialized journal. Nothing of what we are being told now is new, various other studies relate exactly the same differences between iOS and Android users, so there is probably quite a lot of truth in the claims, at least for some people.
