The Twitter application has been updated last night by the American company with the same name, bringing users a series of notable improvements that some will certainly appreciate.
In the update released today, the Twitter application allows us to disable notifications for certain conversations we participate in, without alerting the other participants. Separately, a bug was resolved due to which erroneous information was displayed regarding the person who responded to a tweet that we were viewing.
- Take Control. Our new "Turn off notifications for this conversation" button allows you to mute / turn off notifications for a specific conversation without alerting others in the conversation. So you will no longer get updates for a conversation, in which you're not interested in.
- Also, we fixed a bug to stop showing duplicate 'in-reply-to' in each Tweet.
