Orange announced yesterday the opening of a new smart shop in Bucharest, which is set up in the premises of the Europa House building in Bld. Lascar Catargiu, No. 53. Some of you probably know that we are talking about the building located in Piata Victoriei in Bucharest, where some of the Orange offices are located, the store there being opened many years ago.
This year it had an "upgrade" and became a smart shop, this being Orange's 18th "smart store" in Romania. Designed based on the existing philosophy for other stores of this type, this smart shop offers customers the opportunity to experience Orange services in a completely new format.
For the reopening of the store in Piata Victoriei as an "intelligent" one, the people from Orange also created a special discount campaign for customers. "Orange opens a new smart shop in Bucharest
November 29, 2016, Bucharest Orange opens today a new smart shop in Bucharest, on Lascăr Catargiu Boulevard, no. 53 and reach 18 such stores throughout the country. In the store reopened under the concept of smart shop, customers are invited to enjoy a personalized service approach and a buying experience in which the entire commercial communication is based exclusively on digital means. The store is open from Monday to Friday between 08:30-19:30 and Saturday between 09:00-16:00[1].
Orange smart shop is a store that aims to connect people with technology and adapt it to what is important to them, a place where brochures or paper contracts have been replaced by digital solutions, thus offering a unique shopping experience .
The store design has been modernized and is now structured into 3 spaces that reflect the different ways we use technology so that everything is easy to find: "Home", "Entertainment" and "Service". In addition, the new smart shop, which has an area of 200 square meters, includes spaces specially created to facilitate the shopping experience of customers. For example, at the "Express" office, customers can request information, make complaints, change their SIM or pick up products ordered online. At "Cashierie", they can pay bills, make Prepay top-ups or international money transfers, and at "Service" they have the opportunity to check defective phones or tablets on the spot.
In the new smart shop, customers can choose from over 70 phones and tablets and 500 accessories. They can also schedule their visit to the store in advance directly from home, from the My Orange Account application, where they also have the option to check the stock of the desired products.

- 20 euro discount for all 4G smartphones purchased with a new subscription or when renewing the contract for a period of 24 months, with the exception of the Samsung S7 Family
