The first iPhone compared to the first Android smartphone

The first iPhone is compared to the first Android smartphone in a clip meant to show us how far technologies have evolved so far.

The first iPhone is compared to the first Android smartphone in a video clip that takes us almost 10 years ago, when Steve Jobs presented the iPhone 2G for the first time. In the video clip below you can see a comparison between iPhone 2G and HTC G1, the first running iOS 1, while the second works based on Android 1, the starting point for both platforms.

Although it seems extremely hard to believe, the iPhone and Android smartphones started from what you see below, traveling an extremely long way to what they are today. We are talking about years and years of evolution and years and years of changes, the front panel of the iPhone and the format for the main page of applications still remaining unchanged in over 90% of the proportions.

However, it is good to see again how smartphones worked in that period and how much they have evolved in terms of design and functionality. Extremely many functions that are now available, were not then, including the option to record video clips, or to surf the Internet using 3G networks, at least for the iPhone.

I leave you in the company of this video clip, which brings a little nostalgia to the minds of many, here being the starting point for Apple's next success.
