The red iPhone 7S has no new design, no wireless charging

The red iPhone 7S could be launched in 2017 without a new design and without wireless charging, the matte black color to be discontinued.

The red iPhone 7S will be released next year by the Apple company, but the terminal will not come with a new design compared to the iPhone 7, so neither with wireless charging. Yes, the bad news comes directly from Japan, a credible source of information telling us that these data were provided by local partners in Apple's distribution chain.

iPhone 7S in the red color it will still have an improved A11 chip, so we are talking about much better performance that the Apple company will offer us. The red iPhone 7S will still disappoint you from the rest of the points of view, because the improvements will probably be disappointing for those who expect an innovative iPhone 8.

The interesting part of today's information is that this red iPhone 7S will replace the matte black color used by Apple in the current models of the iPhone 7. Matte black seems to be one of the popular colors of the iPhone 7, so if the information is true, then a lot of people could "miss him" in 2017.

The red iPhone 7S has no new design, no wireless charging

iPhone 7S will be sold in 2017 by Apple in the colors: space gray, jet black (glossy black), gold, rose gold, red and silver, so all 6 models, as now. Despite this information, the data are contradictory to those who said that although Apple will launch the iPhone 7S with few changes, they will still have a glass case and wireless charging.

... the new model of iPhone launched in 2017 would be iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus which are the updated version of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. ... the basic design remains the same, and that the update is only the change of the CPU to A11 chip, and it does not seem to come together with either the wireless charge or glass chassis. And, it would highly likely that the color in Red would be added in the color line up.

We found out until today that Apple would like to release two cheap iPhone 7S with minor changes and an iPhone 8 with an OLED screen, but all of them should have a glass case and wireless charging. However, if Apple wants to draw all the attention to the iPhone 8, then there is a chance that the cheaper models will not have the glass case and wireless charging.

If Apple decides to release only these iPhone 7S with these minor changes, all those who are waiting for an iPhone 8 with OLED and new design could say no and could go to the competition.

  1. So…….? This will be the biggest surprise!
Apple will surprise again! I mean, are you expecting something innovative? Get a 7s with an improved chip from here! Happy anniversary iPhone for 10 years! ???

  2. until now the Ss had the same design as the previous model launched. it depends on what marketing plan Apple will make, either they go for the anniversary... blah blah and come up with something new on the market to attract attention, or they continue like the S with better hardware and don't make such a big fuss Happy anniversary. I am of the opinion that they should continue with the S model even though it would be the 4th year with 90% of the same design.

  3. Tim seems to be obtuse... he's taking the downward slope of Apple... batteries, macbook with problems... who else pays $3000 for a macbook pro that has problems? Nothing is the same anymore... Apple products become expensive consumables…. I think Jobs is turning in his grave when he sees what fools Tim is doing...

  4. I can't really believe it. Apple knows well that it will go down badly, if it does not produce something exceptional. I don't think it will risk the fourth year with the same design, even if it won't have an Oled screen.

  5. Nokia will not launch ANYTHING. It's just that HMD company, or whatever it's called, that bought the right to use the Nokia name, and they're going to make a phone in China, like Allview.
Nokia is over a long time ago, it doesn't even have a mobile phone division anymore.

  6. The important thing is that Nokia returns as we knew it, and not necessarily with high-end models. Nokia has always stood out for cheap and good phones.

  7. Some of the engineers moved from Microsoft and Nokia to HMD! It has no factories, but it has patents, engineers, etc.! Otherwise, these troop movements are known from the press.
