The president of Apple is one of the most valuable CEOs in the world

This year, Bloomberg compiled a list of the most valuable presidents of companies whose stock market capitalization exceeds $1 billion. Of course, Tim Cook had to be on this list, along with the presidents of many other companies from various parts of the world, not just from the USA.

In the top of the American publication, Tim Cook occupies the 11th position with 10 million dollars earned in the last year, while Apple's profit seriously approached 40 billion dollars. Tim Cook's performance brought him to the 11th position in a top in which the money earned by each company president was compared with the profit generated by it.

Before the president of Apple, we find Larry Page, the president of Alphabet, the company that owns Google, but no one else from Apple's competitors. Neither the presidents of the companies, Microsoft, Facebook, or Amazon are present in the top, a sign that Apple has a president whose value is much more significant than in the case of competitors.

During the time when Tim Cook was president of the Apple company, it recorded the best financial results in its entire history. Lately, he has been criticized due to the fact that the receipts and profit have decreased compared to the same period last year, but even so Apple generates over 200 billion dollars annually in receipts.

"Are chief executive officers worth their pay? Apple CEO Tim Cook's $10 million in compensation isn't chump change, but it's a bargain when you compare that to the company's massive average economic profit over the last three years. Other companies pay their CEOs much more, but seem to get a lot less for it. Bloomberg looked at the pay-for-performance ratio of 100 CEOs at some of the largest companies around the world to see which companies are getting the best value from their CEO."
