The Apple company did not offer explanations after the withdrawal of watchOS 3.1.1 from installation, so we do not even know when this version of the operating system will be relaunched. Apple must discover the cause of its customers' problems and then redistribute watchOS 3.1.1, or an earlier version, which does not damage the Apple Watch 2.
The Apple Watch 2 was the version most affected by this issue of watchOS 3.1.1, with the rest of the units installing the update without issue. Having said that, if you have an Apple Watch 2, or another model, and you are waiting to install watchOS 3.1.1, then you will have to be patient because the update will only be available in the next few days.
