iOS 10.3 allows developers to leave comments in the AppStore

Starting with iOS 10.3, Apple will allow application developers to respond to reviews left by users on their applications in the AppStore. If until now the developers were only obliged to follow everything the users say, without being able to give them an answer, well now things are changing and they will have a right to reply.

When iOS 10.3 and macOS Sierra 10.2.4 are released, developers will be able to respond to reviews left by customers in the AppStore. In this idea, any kind of malicious review launched by users for any application will have a response, as well as those in which possible problems regarding the operation of the applications are reported.

The new functionality will allow developers to defend themselves against users who want to harm them by leaving bad reviews. Moreover, they will be able to help other people solve problems they have with the applications, this being impossible to achieve until now due to the limitations imposed by Apple.

Developers have been asking for years and years for this to happen and until now Apple has not offered them the opportunity to enjoy such a change for their own products. In this idea, it will be interesting to see how the new functionality will be offered and how satisfied the application developers will be with the change they will have.

"When iOS 10.3 ships to customers, you will be able to respond to customer reviews on the App Store in a way that is available for all customers to see. (This feature will also be available on the Mac App Store.)"
