Apple Pay is to be launched in Italy and Germany in the next period, the Apple company confirming the launch on its own website. We are talking about the documentation for Apple Pay which is available at the moment including in Germany and Italy, it being very clear that these countries will have the mobile payment service available.
Every time Apple Pay was launched in a new country, the Apple company included documentation in the language of the respective country in the page dedicated to this mobile payment service. In that page dedicated to Apple Pay, the Apple company also has images of the cities of Frankfurt and Verona, locations where the mobile payment system can be used.
Those from Apple are preparing through these measures to launch the Apple Pay service in Germany and Italy, these European countries being extremely important for the company. There are many people in them who make mobile payments with contactless cards or mobile phones, so their inclusion in the list of countries with Apple Pay is as normal as possible.
At the moment, Apple Pay is available in 13 countries on the planet, but the Apple company is actively working on expanding the service. I don't know how long it will take until Apple Pay will be available in Romania, but I imagine that we won't have to wait very long.
