An extremely interesting study appeared during this day from an American company, stating that Apple's iPhone terminals break faster and more often than Android ones. If until 2016 the breakdown rate of Apple terminals was low, last year was the worst for those from Cupertino, with the most complaints registered.
Most of the problems reported with iDevices include: decreasing battery life, the inability to open terminals, sudden closings of applications, bad sound for Bluetooth calls, problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, sudden closings of terminals, problems with the Home button, or Touch ID and problems with using the screen.
From Q4 2015 to Q4 2016, the failure rate of iDevices increased from 15% to 62%, so we are talking about a 4-fold increase in the problems reported by users. Here we are talking about terminals that had problems that could not be solved, and most of them were reported in the USA, Asia and Europe following them at a great distance.
iPhones break down faster than Android terminals
According to the study, iPhone 6 is by far the most problematic terminal in 2016, followed by iPhone 6S, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6S Plus and iPhone 6 Plus, but the list goes on. Neither iPhone 7, nor iPhone 7 Plus, have a better life, they also register a lot of complaints from users, but you probably already know about some of them.
Regarding Android terminals, their failure rate dropped from 85% in Q4 2015 to 47% in Q4 2016, so 15% below that of Apple. As far as manufacturers with problems are concerned, Samsung is by far at the top, but that's also because it sells the most, followed by Xiaomi, Motorola and Lenovo.
Comparing the problems, in the case of iOS people complain the most about the sudden closing of applications and excessive heating, while on Android people complain about the camera, USB and the GSM signal. All in all, the Apple company managed to ruin its iPhone terminals and iPad tablets, and this becomes more and more clear from one year to the next.
