iPhone 7 Plus surpasses HTC U Ultra in terms of performance

iPhone 7 Plus and HTC U Ultra appear today in a first performance test that shows us what differentiates the two smartphones available on the market. iPhone 7 Plus works on the basis of the A10 Fusion processor implemented by Apple last year, while HTC U Ultra works on the basis of a Snapdragon 821 chip, 1 year old.

The test below puts the iPhone 7 Plus and the HTC U Ultra face to face in a comparison of performance in terms of daily use, and the Apple product wins by a clear margin. The iPhone 7 Plus completes the test in more than half the time required by the HTC U Ultra smartphone to complete each stage, the difference being a colossal one between them.

Although the difference in performance between iPhone 7 Plus and HTC U Ultra is huge, the price at which the two smartphones are sold is quite close. iPhone 7 Plus is sold in the US for 750 dollars, while HTC U Ultra is sold for 770 dollars, and the choice between the two is as simple as possible.

Why HTC launched a smartphone that has lower performance than the iPhone 7 Plus and has a slightly higher price is difficult to understand, but if HTC U Ultra sales will be disappointing, it is easy to understand why.
