Viber is one of the most popular text messaging and VoIP calling applications, and during this day it was updated with a very important novelty.
More precisely, today's update for the Viber application brings the secret chats function, which gives us the opportunity to initiate secure conversations with our friends. These conversations will only be visible for a limited period of time, they will then be automatically deleted by Viber, screenshots and resending texts not being possible.
Separately, the new version of the Viber application allows us to apply stickers to the pictures we send to our friends, but also to doodle on them before sending them.
- Secret Chats – For all of your off-the-record conversations, secret chats let you set a timer on all messages so they disappear after a few seconds, get an alert when a screenshot is taken and be sure no messages get forwarded. Of course, all of this is protected by Viber's end-to-end encryption.
- Stickers on photos(!) – All of your stickers can now be stuck right onto your photos!
- Doodle on photos – Doodle on your friends' faces before you send them photos.
