Apple TV 5 with iOS 11 has been spotted

Apple TV 5 with iOS 11 was discovered by the co-founder of a company specialized in the development of games for iDevices and Apple TV. According to him, the Apple company is currently developing a product known with the identifier AppleTV 6,2, this one running tvOS 11, i.e. the future version of the operating system.

The product was discovered to have an IP originating from the Apple campus in Cupertino, so it is clear that we are talking about an Apple TV 5 running tvOS 11, a version of iOS 11. Apple TV 5,3 is the current version of Apple TV 4, so Apple TV 6,2 it is logically the future version that the Apple company intends to launch on the market.

Although Apple TV 5 with tvOS 11 has been discovered, unfortunately it is not known what kind of hardware this product that Apple has in development has. Chances are it will be one that looks just like the Apple TV 4, but has a faster processor and more RAM to allow 4K content to be played on TVs from iTunes and other services.

Considering that Apple is already testing Apple TV 5 on its campus with games from the AppStore, it would seem that the official launch could take place this year. Rumors that appeared in the past suggested exactly the same thing, so it remains to be seen if all this information will turn out to be true, and Apple TV 5 will be released after iOS 11 and tvOS 11.
