iPhone and Samsung generate the same degree of satisfaction

iPhone and Samsung smartphones generate the same degree of satisfaction among customers, according to a recent study conducted in the USA. According to those from JD Power, Apple's iPhone terminals obtained a score of 840 points out of a possible 1000, while Samsung smartphones generated 839 points.

Both companies are practically equal in terms of the satisfaction their products generate among consumers, and this is a real first. Until now, Apple dominates this JD Power survey without any right of appeal, but it will probably avoid boasting about it since it has become Samsung's equal in terms of satisfaction.

Those from JD Power asked 8000 people about their experience with using smartphones, the questions being divided into 5 categories. In order of importance, these are: general performance (25%), ease of use (21%), battery autonomy (20%), design (19%) and functions (16%), the percentage representing importance in total .

Although Apple's score increased by 6 points compared to last year, the Apple company still cannot achieve anything grandiose since it surpassed Samsung by only 1 point. If the difference compared to Samsung would have been much greater, then the Apple company must understand that its iPhone terminals are not much better than Samsung's, according to consumers.

The result from Samsung is surprising considering that last year the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 exploded left and right, so maybe in the end the company was not really that affected. What do you think ?
