SemiRestore-Lite is the iOS 10 version of the SemiRestore program for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, it was launched just yesterday. According to its developer, SemiRestore-Lite is an application that can be run from our terminals and cleans them of all tweaks and applications installed through Cydia.
We are talking about a utility that was created just for this purpose, it does not have the necessary functionality to delete the entire jailbreak, or the Cydia application. Cydia Eraser was created for this purpose, but SemiRestore-Lite cleans the terminals only of what I installed through Cydia, not of this application itself, or of the jailbreak.
Unlike the previous versions of SemiRestore, the new SemiRestore-Lite works directly from iDevices and must be installed manually, then run using the MobileTerminal application. The process allows the procedure to be performed without using a computer, so SemiRestore-Lite allows users to do everything much simpler.
