The video clips are published with the idea of celebrating Children's Day and National Sovereignty, the date of April 23 being chosen by the authorities for the celebration. In Turkey, this day is special because key members of the administration, such as the prime minister, or the ministers, let the children take over their roles for a day in order to educate them about the work in the administration.
