AirPods have a high degree of satisfaction among consumers

The AirPods were launched in the winter of last year by the Apple company, a few weeks after they were officially presented by those from Cupertino. According to a recently published study, AirPods generate a 98% satisfaction rate among consumers, who are satisfied with the purchase. 82% of AirPods customers are very satisfied with their purchase and we are talking about a very large percentage of customers who are very satisfied with what Apple launched.

Based on this study, AirPods is the Apple product that generated the highest degree of customer satisfaction after its launch on the market. Apple Watch has reached a satisfaction level of 97% among customers, so AirPods still generate a higher level of satisfaction, a sign that the experience offered by them would be much better.

In terms of functionality, AirPods customers are very satisfied with the speed with which these headphones charge, but also with the design created by Apple. The battery life is also very satisfactory for customers, most of them also praise the sound quality and the ease with which they can be used.

The study was conducted on 1000 people by Experian.
