WhatsApp, the most used text messaging network on the planet, is going to be updated in the next period with a series of new functions for iPhone or Android terminals. I have already told you about one of them in several articles about WhatsApp, but today I will tell you about it again because there is an important change that will affect its operation.
I'm talking about the function Recall, which will allow you to withdraw a message sent to a person, so that they will no longer see it if we sent it by mistake. Until now, this function Recall for WhatsApp, it allowed the withdrawal of a message a maximum of 5 minutes after sending, but now this period has been extended to 8 minutes, so we have more time to think.
Separately, those from WhatsApp intend to implement a new feature in iPhone and Android that will allow us to quickly respond to messages in conversations. In the video clip below you can see how this new function of WhatsApp works, it allows us to quickly select a message from the conversation for which we can provide an answer.
When using this new function of WhatsApp, the message to which we reply will be displayed as a quote above the message that we send to the interlocutor. The idea behind this quick reply function is to give WhatsApp users the possibility to reply to a specific message from a wider series, so as not to generate confusion in a conversation.
These two new features of WhatsApp for iPhone and Android are part of a wider series of new features that the company WhatsApp intends to release soon for users.
