Apple presents the reincarnation of the iPhone with the help of Liam

Today the Apple company published a new video clip showing how old iPhone terminals are "reincarnated" with the help of the robot Liam, presented last year. We are talking about a robot specially made to disassemble iPhone terminals extremely quickly and efficiently so that some of the viable components can be reused in refurbished or remanufactured units.

Apple presented Liam as a robot that helps protect the environment because it allows the recycling of parts used in the iPhone, and now it shows us how part of this process goes. Basically, in the video clip below, the Apple company shows us how the parts from the iPhone terminals are recycled to be reused in other models sold on the market.

The idea of those from Apple is to brag about the reuse of iPhone parts, but some might see this initiative as a bad idea, because very old parts can be used in some "remanufactured" terminals offered under warranty. What do you think about Apple's initiative?
