Basically, Apple doubled the iCloud storage space offered in the old option that cost $10, now the space for iCloud in iOS 11 increases from 1 TB to 2 TB, without the price being affected.
The other two storage options for iCloud remain unchanged in iOS 11, so we will pay $1 for 50 GB of storage space and $3 for 200 GB of storage space.
