Google Pixel 2 appeared today in a performance test carried out in reality on the XL model, that is, the version that this year will have a screen with a diagonal of 5.6 inches. In the image below you can see the technical specifications of the XL version of Google Pixel 2, the American company preparing a very interesting upgrade for its series of smartphones.
More precisely, in the Google Pixel 2 we are going to see a new Qualcomm processor that has an octa-core processor clocked at 2.4 GHz, so we are probably talking about a Snapdragon 835 chip. It is not excluded that the Google Pixel 2 will have a Snapdragon 836 chip, but it remains to be seen if it will also reach Google after it is implemented in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
Moving on, we find an Adreno 540 video card from Snapdragon 835, Google Pixel 2 will also have 4 GB of integrated RAM. The storage space of the tested model is 128 GB and there is a possibility that the Google Pixel 2 will be launched by the Google company with at least 128 GB of storage space, but at a rather high price.

Google Pixel 2 will also have a resolution of 2560 x 1440, most likely pixels for the 5.6-inch diagonal screen, plus a screen ratio of 18:9. The main camera of Google Pixel 2 will have 12 megapixels as in the current model, and unfortunately an optical image stabilizer is not integrated in this model, as the world hopes.
The front camera of Google Pixel 2 will still have 7 megapixels, as in the current version, so from this point of view there will be no improvements. For the Google Pixel, the Google company succeeded in compensating for some of the camera's shortcomings through software, so for the Google Pixel 2 we can expect even greater improvements for the main camera.
Unfortunately, we don't know what battery the Google Pixel 2 has, or what performance score it gets, but Google has never made it a mission to have the fastest smartphone. It is not known at the moment when the Google Pixel 2 will be launched on global markets, but we will probably see it presented in the fall of this year, so we will not have long to wait.
The Google Pixel did not have very good sales, so it is very likely that the Google Pixel 2 will not amaze from this point of view because Google did not set out to complete any major smartphone manufacturer in terms of global sales.
