Samsung Galaxy Note 8 - when will it be released?

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is to be launched by Samsung in August, after a presentation that would take place in the third week of the month.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is the most anticipated Samsung smartphone of the summer, although the Korean company has prepared at least one new terminal for release in the coming weeks. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has the rumored presentation date on the first day of IFA Berlin 2017, but according to a person who would have information from inside Samsung, the plans would be different.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 would be presented by the Samsung company during a conference that could take place in New York in the third week of August. We are talking here about the period from August 17 to 21, that is, a week in which Samsung will present the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to the whole world, the successor to a truly explosive smartphone.

Last year Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was presented in the same period, so a presentation for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in August is perfectly plausible. Samsung could invite several hundred journalists to New York to reveal the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to the whole world and we already know that a lot of people are waiting with great interest for the appearance of the future smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 - when will it be released?

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is going to include a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 chip, with a newer iteration than the one integrated in the Samsung Galaxy S8 by the Koreans. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 would also include 6 GB of RAM, the increase being offered to improve overall performance, a major problem of the Samsung Galaxy S8 being keeping applications open in the background.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will also have a dual camera, consisting of a 12-megapixel sensor and a 13-megapixel sensor. The second would be telephoto with optical zoom up to 3X, so the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will definitely have a bokeh function that we find in the iPhone 7 Plus, but more recently also in the OnePlus 5.

Nothing is known about the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 for now, but we can expect it to be higher than that of the previous model, thanks to the new Infinity screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 could cost 850-900 euros in the cheapest version, but the price will exceed 1000 euros for the versions with 128 GB or 256 GB of storage space.
