Samsung Galaxy Note 8 – Last Minute Design Change

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a last-minute design change, its dual camera will be positioned horizontally, instead of vertically.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has had a last-minute change for the design that Samsung will use for its new high-end smartphone this year. All the rumors that have appeared so far in various online publications and from various sources announced the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will have a dual vertical camera, but it seems that in reality this will not be the case.

Two different sources announced today that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will actually have a dual horizontal camera integrated by the Samsung company, and you can see it in the image below. Practically, the new dual camera of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will stretch horizontally in the upper part of the smartphone case, leaving a lot of empty space to the lower part.

Until now, it was believed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will have a dual vertical camera that will be positioned in the upper central part of the case, with the fingerprint reader being located below it. It seems that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will finally have a dual horizontal camera, like the iPhone 7 Plus, and the fingerprint reader will be positioned on its right side, as is the case with the Samsung Galaxy S8, where there is still no dual camera.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 – last-minute design change

Various images showing a Samsung Galaxy S8 with a dual camera showed us that it was positioned vertically in the prototypes and it was assumed that it would be placed in the same way in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Well, it seems that the reality is much different, and the dual camera in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be positioned horizontally, the fingerprint reader will still be hard to find.

Those from Samsung seem to have thought of a unified structure for the dual camera of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, including the fingerprint reader, but the idea itself could be bad. Now users will not press their finger on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 camera, but press the LED flash, but they will still have difficulty finding the integrated fingerprint reader.

It is already known about the dual camera of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 that it will have two image sensors of 12 megapixels each, one of which will be telephoto, with optical zoom. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 could also have a bokeh function that would allow the recording of pictures similar to those taken by DSLR devices, with the subject being in the foreground, while the background has a blur applied.
