Telekom launches the summer subscription offer

Telekom announced during this day the launch of a new summer offer for the subscriptions that it offers to all customers in Romania. The subscriptions are based on the Netliberare campaign that the Telekom people have been promoting in recent months, the operator's benefits being quite interesting on a market that has almost reached saturation in terms of telecom offers.

Based on these new subscriptions, Telekom's Internet TV service is offered at a cost of only 5 euros per month, if it is purchased in a promotional package together with the Internet service. Moreover, Telekom customers who buy promotional fixed service packages with Internet TV also benefit from the additional MAXPAK package and the HBO GO service for free.

As part of the change offered by these new Telekom subscriptions, HBO channels are exclusively available online, plus in the Telekom TV application. Furthermore, all customers who have fixed services and contract a mobile subscription can benefit from rates starting from 5 euros and a 100% discount on the option of 50 GB of traffic for video streaming in the Telekom TV application.

Thanks to this Telekom benefit, customers will be able to watch the HBO channel directly from their mobile phone through the Telekom TV application and have a MAXPAK bonus, plus access to HBO Go for 24 months. Separately, those from Telekom also offer mobile internet bonuses, i.e. access to the 4G network in the amount of a few GB of data traffic that customers can use however they want from their own mobile terminals.

Customers who do not have fixed services from Telekom can benefit from the MAXPAK offer and access to HBO Go upon activation or renewal of the mobile service contract, plus 4G data traffic. Next, a 100% promotional discount is offered from the price of the 50 GB video streaming option, so we are talking about very good benefits for those interested in enjoying Telekom services.

This new offer from Telekom is meant to stop bleeding of customers since 2016, when the operator lost over 500.000 customers. We are talking about almost 10% of the total customer base of mobile services that left Telekom, mostly to Digi Mobil, so the operator has a lot to recover, but the offers are not the only thing that needs to improve.
