Lenovo Folio – Tablet that Becomes Smartphone

Lenovo Folio is a tablet presented by the Lenovo company at Tech World 2017, it can turn into a smartphone by simply bending it. We are talking about an extremely interesting tablet that Lenovo has developed, this one having an integrated flexible OLED screen to allow the transformation of a simple concept into reality, the Lenovo Folio being presented for the second time at Lenovo Tech World.

Lenovo Folio runs Android 7 and turns from a tablet with a 7.8-inch screen into a smartphone with a 5.5-inch screen very simply and easily. The Lenovo Folio has a resolution of 1920 x 1440 pixels for the screen regardless of how it is used, it currently has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip released in 2013, but this specification will definitely change if it is released.

Lenovo Folio has no additional details regarding the technology used to create it, but we can see how an idea promoted only in concepts was transformed into reality. Those from Lenovo managed to prove that they have the ability to create a tablet that turns into a smartphone, and the Lenovo Folio is an interesting idea, but for now it is very far from becoming a real product.

Lenovo Folio is thick enough when it is not bent, but if we turn it into a smartphone, it becomes almost unusable normally. This is most likely the reason why the Lenovo Folio has not yet been transformed into a final product and has only been presented for two years in a row at a Lenovo technology conference, but maybe 2018 will be lucky.
