Microsoft Surface products are no longer recommended for purchase by a famous American publication specializing in electronic product reviews. Consumer Reports is the name of this publication, and today it announced that Microsoft Surface series products are not worth buying because they break more often than similar products sold by other companies.
We are talking here about tablets and laptops from the Microsoft Surface series, which break down much more often than the products of other brands in the first 2 years after purchase. According to those who carried out the study, analyzing 90.000 owners of tablets and laptops, 25% of those who own a Microsoft Surface product claim that they encountered performance problems in the first 2 years after purchase.

Microsoft Surface products face problems such as: sudden shutdowns, blockages during normal use, but also the refusal of touch screens to respond to touches. Basically, we are talking about relatively common problems for electronic products, but in the case of Microsoft Surfaces, the failure rate is higher than in other brands and more than double that recorded by Apple.
Of course, Microsoft stated that this study has nothing to do with reality and that the Microsoft Surface series products are very good and don't break that often.
