Google Pixel 2 is going to be launched by Google with a function that was implemented in the HTC U11, more precisely for the phone screen. Google Pixel 2 will have pressure-sensitive edges, so that when users hold the smartphone in their hands, it will display a menu of functions, or will activate various other functions, as is the case with the HTC U11.
The Google Pixel 2 will basically have the Edge Sense system that HTC included in the HTC U11, and since they produce the new phone, it was expected that the function would be offered. Google Pixel 2 XL will also have this functionality available in Google Pixel 2, and this despite the fact that it will have a screen with a significantly larger diagonal, which will cover almost the entire front panel.

Google Pixel 2 will run Android 8.0.1, the first version of the operating system to be released next week, so Google will launch the phone with the second. Google Pixel 2 will also have an integrated Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip and not 836, as has been speculated so far, so it will not surpass the iPhone 7 Plus in terms of performance, but neither iPhone 8, which will be much superior to him.
Google Pixel 2 will not be more efficient than Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but it will probably be equal from this point of view, since both smartphones will have roughly the same processors. Those from Google do not seem to put much emphasis on the performance of the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL, but that was to be expected, considering the target audience for these two phones.
Google Pixel 2 will still have a big advantage over iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8, more precisely the selling price will be much lower. If the two phones are expected to sell for over 1000 dollars, or euros, for the Google Pixel 2, a sale price of approximately 700 dollars, or euros, is expected, so the world will be much more interested in it.
