iOS 11 – Apple Promotes ARKit Applications on the iPhone

iOS 11 will be launched next month by the Apple company, and until then it is trying to convince application developers to try the ARKit platform developed for it. We are talking about a platform that brings augmented reality to everything iPhone, iPad and iPod Touches compatible with iOS 11, but this only if the developers will create special applications to implement the functionality.

iOS 11 is fast approaching its release, so Apple collaborated with some online publications to present the below apps that use augmented reality. From IKEA to The Walking Dead, those from Apple help the press discover which applications for iOS 11 use augmented reality to bring new experiences of using iDevices to the Apple platform.

iOS 11 through ARKit will have applications that allow arranging the furniture in our homes, applications that allow us to display virtual food on our plates and not only that. Various developers have created apps for iOS 11 that display spaceships, aliens, cars, robots, zombies and many other elements that we would never see in real life, all made possible thanks to augmented reality.

Apple even invited some developers to its headquarters in Cupertino to present the benefits that ARKit brings to iOS 11, so we may have quite a few interesting applications available in September.
