The Samsung Galaxy S8 is now at the center of those who pull pranks on WhatsApp and take advantage of the great naivety of Romanians who believe that Samsung can offer them a free phone out of the blue just because they register on an obscure website.

WhatsApp still has a good idea for gullible and technical people, because the message shared on the messaging network talks about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and shows a link to a Samsung website. In reality, behind that link hides another website that is a clone of a Samsung one, and on it they talk about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the free units that would be offered if the message is shared via WhatsApp to other people.

WhatsApp is the perfect solution to share this kind of tips because a lot of people blindly trust their friends, even when it comes to winning a Samsung Galaxy S8. On WhatsApp, the message says that 1000 free Samsung Galaxy S8 units are being offered because their boxes were damaged during transport and the units were resealed, then the company decided to offer them to customers for free.
