iPhone X - Launch WITHOUT the Long-awaited Feature

iPhone X launch without the long-awaited function, wireless charging to be initially disabled by the Apple company, the charging stand missing.

iPhone X has been launched without the long-awaited function by all Apple fans because it is apparently not ready to be offered by those from Cupertino. We heard a few weeks ago that Apple could not release this major new feature for the iPhone X right from the moment it goes on sale, and it seems that the details prove to be 100% true on the day of the presentation.

iPhone X will not have the wireless charging function that a lot of people have been waiting for since a few years ago, as it exists in the phone, but was not activated from the very beginning. A few months ago we were told that the iPhone X could be launched with the wireless charging function disabled initially, it will be activated with a later update of iOS 11, most likely iOS 11.1 in November of this year.

The launch of the iPhone X without the wireless charging pad created by Apple and the active function will disappoint a lot of people, but if the function will be active, standard Qi chargers should be compatible. Apple hasn't even started production for its wireless charging accessory for iPhone X, so it's still far from launch, so we have to pray that at least the function is active to be able to use third-party Qi chargers.

iPhone X - launch without the long-awaited function

iPhone X will remain without the wireless charging accessory from Apple for a long time, and this is because for now the company has not even ordered components for it. Without a wireless charging accessory for the iPhone X, it's possible that Apple won't even rush to release the feature until iOS 11.1 is available, but we'll find out tonight.

The launch of the iPhone X could be announced with this accessory only demonstrated by the Apple company and announced with a release date for the end of the year, or perhaps 2018. The iPhone X will not be the only new model of the iPhone that will be launched with wireless charging, and that's because iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will have it, but it is not known if it will be available from the very beginning for phones, the chances being small.

"Apple's own-brand wireless charger is not expected to debut at the media event, which we believe is primarily because Apple has higher requirements for wireless charger RF specifications, so there will be no definite mass production timetable prior to technological breakthroughs. However, the new iPhone models support the WPC standard, so we think users will be able to purchase and use non-Apple WPC-compliant wireless chargers with the new iPhone models."

iPhone X has wireless charging, one of the most anticipated functions that Apple customers want from the new phone, but also from iPhone 8. iPhone X and iPhone 8 will be presented this evening by Apple, and on iDevice .ro I'm waiting for you starting at 19:30 to discuss all the news and the possible offer of wireless charging for phones.
