iPhone X – The first photos taken with the New Camera

iPhone X has presented the first pictures taken with the new dual vertical camera, which comes with some improvements compared to the one in iPhone 7 Plus.

iPhone X has the first pictures taken with the new camera published by the Apple company on its website, in the section where it presents the news that the mobile phone brings to customers, showing the potential of the vertical dual camera.

The iPhone X has a dual vertical camera consisting of two image sensors of 12 megapixels each, one being wide-angle with f/1.8 aperture, the other being telephoto with f/2.8 aperture, so we are talking about the same specifications as the iPhone 7 Plus.

The iPhone X has the new camera presented by Apple as being superior to the one offered in the iPhone 7 Plus, but this is not thanks to the image sensors, but to the chip that processes the images, which substantially improves the quality of the photos through software processing after recording.

The iPhone X should, theoretically, offer a very good quality for pictures thanks to this processing done after recording them, but it remains to be seen how the camera will be judged after comparisons made with other competing phones, especially those from Samsung.

Before judging the photos taken with the iPhone X too harshly, remember that their quality was affected initially by uploading to the Apple website and then to the one here, so in the raw version, the quality is much better.

What do you think about what the iPhone X camera can do?
