Samsung Asks iPhone Users to Test the Note 8

Samsung is asking iPhone users to test the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 after the world kind of forgot they existed.

Samsung announced today a new program designed to promote Samsung Galaxy Note 8 si Samsung Galaxy S8 among iPhone users and not only. Specifically, the Samsung Galaxy Experience Program offers users iPhone from South Korea the possibility to test Korean products for a month, after which they can buy them, if they want.

Koreans willing to test 10.000 units of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 in the next month, the move of those from Samsung being quite desperate. Those from Samsung say that the program is meant to allow iPhone users to enjoy the different experience that its phones offer at the moment.

To make things even more stupid, Samsung will charge a fee of 45 dollars to participate in the program, which will be returned if the phone is bought. Practically, it is not enough that Samsung has to resort to programs of this kind to show people that its phones exist, but it also demands money for using them.

Samsung is the only major manufacturer that has programs of this kind, because most of them are not really interested in putting themselves in such a position. However, considering that the iPhone X almost destroyed the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8, it is understandable why Samsung continues with this program, but of course it does not tell you how many people chose to keep the phones.

"Samsung Electronics will launch the 'Galaxy Experience Program' (Upgrade To Galaxy), which allows users to use the latest Galaxy smartphone for a month. 'Galaxy Experience Program' can decide whether to use 'Galaxy Note 8' or 'Galaxy S8' for a month and continue to use it."
