iPhone vs Samsung remains a taboo topic of discussion that generates many controversies between fans of the two companies, but are there serious reasons for such a thing. According to a new study, there would be, because Samsung phone users are more satisfied with their products than iPhone owners, or at least that's what Twitter tells us.
We are talking here about data collected for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy phones, Twitter being monitored to see what the customers of the two companies say about the products sold by them. You can see below that the degree of customer satisfaction of Samsung Galaxy phones and iPhone phones, and in the case of the latter we are talking about a fairly stable graph, around the value of 60%.
The interesting part comes in the case of Samsung Galaxy phones, here the degree of satisfaction is much higher, reaching, quite strangely, 100% in the first part of 2016 before dropping steeply to almost 10%. The degree of satisfaction then increased until 2017 to increase again above the value recorded for iPhone phones, but with much greater fluctuations.
The results of the collected information present a very interesting situation in which many Samsung customers seem to be very satisfied with the Samsung Galaxy phones they own. The data are taken only in a social network, about 5-6 times smaller than Facebook and they contradict those made by other companies that asked people in the middle of the street about the degree of satisfaction.

Cel mai bun telefon este acela care îți satisface nevoile personale, in materie de tehnologie și portabilitate vorbind. Cât despre cei 2 mari fabricanți, Samsung a evoluat foarte mult in ultimii ani, atât din punct de vedere al design-ului, hardware dar și al materialelor folosite in fabricarea dispozitivelor (ma refer la seria Galaxy și Note). Pe la soft mai au ei de lucrat, asta a fost unul din motivele pentru care pe mine m-au pierdut ca și client. Iar Apple, mare inovatie nu prea am văzut in ultimii ani. Doar puțin pe la soft ce au mai lucrat in ultimii ani, ca la design-ul dispozitivelor…(iPhone 6, 6s, 7, chiar și 8). De asta am și stat cam 2 ani pe Samsung, vroiam sa încerc ceva nou deoarece Apple nu ma mai surprindea cu nimic. Noroc cu iPhone X, s-au mai salvat puțin. Nu este mare inovatie, adică încărcare wireless exista, OLED exista, camera performanta au și alții, Pixel chiar mai buna…Nu au inovat mai nimic in lumea smartphone-urilor in afara de acel FaceID, dar cel puțin au venit cu ceva cu adevărat nou in lumea iPhone. Iar iOS-ul…încă mai au de lucru, este loc de mai bine.
Sunt foarte multumit de samsung ….. desii nu dețin un varf de gama … poate si asta e un criteriu …plătind o sumă destul de mică pe telefon așteptările fiind mai mici … primesti peste așteptări si pe total esti foarte multumit de achizitie
