Instagram launched this week new interesting functions for the application available on iPhone and Android, allowing the creation of stories that are different. More precisely, the Instagram company has introduced a so-called "type mode" in the application for mobile phones, offering a new way to create stories to share.
Instagram allows the creation of stories that are not based on photos or videos, they can only be created using text and animated images of the gif type, or even emoji characters. Instagram also allows you to customize the background of these stories, either using the predefined colors available in the application, or even pictures from our phones.
Instagram wants these new stories to allow us to express our simplest and most unusual thoughts in new ways, without necessarily publishing pictures and videos. The idea is interesting and will allow even those who don't feel like filming themselves to publish stories for their friends to see, but they are available for only 24 hours, like the others.
Instagram has over 300 million people who use the stories function in their daily life to publish all kinds of images and videos, but the number will probably increase. The Instagram application is currently available for free download from the AppStore and Google Play.

Now, you can turn your most random thoughts into something colorful and expressive. When you open the camera, you'll see "Type" next to "Normal" under the record button. Tap "Type" and write whatever comes to mind — your favorite lyrics, a silly thought or a random idea — and play with different styles to change the look and feel. Then, you can pick different background colors, highlight words and phrases or add a background photo."
