Surface Pro 4 only works if you put it in the fridge

Surface Pro 4 has an embarrassing problem because of which it only works if it is put in the refrigerator, and Microsoft does not want to recognize it and fix it.

Surface Pro 4 Bagi Fridge problem

Surface Pro 4, the famous Microsoft tablet that runs Windows 10, has an embarrassing problem for a company that boasts of major innovations around the world. More precisely, it seems that the Surface Pro 4 only works if you put it in the freezer, or in a refrigerator for a longer period of time, otherwise you can forget it in the drawer.

You can see in the video clip below how the Surface Pro 4 problem manifests itself, its screen starting to display images intermittently, most likely due to overheating of the graphics cards. Or maybe the screen is to blame, but it doesn't really matter where the fault lies, because the user can only solve the problem by seriously cooling the Surface Pro 4.

Microsoft claims that this Surface Pro 4 problem only affects less than 1% of users and of course it cannot be solved by a software update. Microsoft also stated that it is monitoring the Surface Pro 4 problems and the refrigerators of customers who report something so stupid and embarrassing for such an expensive tablet.

"We are still considering our options. We've received a number of inquiries over time with other issues beyond the battery issue, beyond flickering. People have a variety of problems, but if we're looking at problems we're looking at the common ones."

Microsoft doesn't even want to solve the problem, asking 800 dollars for the Surface Pro 4 tablets to work even outside the refrigerator. That the Surface Pro 4 has problems is not surprising, no product is perfect, but that Microsoft does not want to solve them under warranty is a completely different situation that will lead to a lawsuit, and then the company will lose more.
