facebook function impossible

Facebook confirmed last night that it is testing, in order to implement, a new important function that no one thought was possible until this moment, despite all the rumors. More precisely, Facebook has confirmed that it is testing a function that allows voting on comments published on posts, that is, a kind of dislike button for comments, only that the functionality will be much more important than initially thought.

Facebook has implemented this new function to give users the opportunity to mark those comments that have indecent content, or that promote discrimination, hatred, or the like. The moment someone presses this new Facebook button, known as downvote, the network asks him to say what exactly is wrong with that comment, and the messages help the company train its artificial intelligence.

Facebook says that the button is not for dislike, although this is what the entire test looks like for now only in the US, its purpose being to hide comments from people who come to incite various things. The idea of those from Facebook is not bad, especially since the social network is full of fake news and people who incite anything, only good things, so maybe such a button will filter out bad comments.

"We are not testing a dislike button. We are exploring a feature for people to give us feedback about comments on public page posts. This is running for a small set of people in the US only."

Facebook implements something that Reddit has had for some time, there the functionality is somewhat similar, and Facebook will also hide comments that are given a lot of negative votes of this kind. Of course, no one knows how long it might take until this new feature of Facebook will be actively implemented for users all over the world, but after it is launched, it will be used by a lot of people.
