Previous versions of iOS do not allow reviews to be displayed in such a way, but only to view them in the order predefined by Apple, but things have changed. To be completely honest, it is to be criticized that Apple implemented such a function only in iOS 11.3 and only in 2018, but at least we finally have it available in iPhone and iPad.
The new function for AppStore is only accessible in iOS 11.3, so until you install this version of the operating system you will not be able to enjoy the change in your phones.
