Facebook is seriously affected by the Cambridge Analytica scandal, and the daily revelations regarding the types of data accessed by the third company intensify people's dissatisfaction. Facebook has lost the trust of a very large number of its users, the American company reaching the top of the companies to which people would not give their important data.
In a recent study carried out in the USA, the Facebook company is rated with a trust that is almost 30 times lower than the one it receives Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), from customers. Compared to Google, trust is 10 times lower, even UBER enjoying more trust from people than Facebook, at least at the moment.
Even if UBER is one of the companies that monitored customers even when their application was closed, and Google knows everything about anyone, Facebook is also the one that loses people's trust. Facebook is in such a bad situation at the moment, that it is hard to say when the company will be able to attract trust from users.
