Google Maps: The NEW function that NO ONE expects

Google Maps has a new function that was integrated as a complete surprise by the Google company in the applications for iPhone and Android, it offers an important change.

Google Maps NEW Function NOBODY Waits

Google Maps, like many other services of Google, is constantly changing, the American company wanting to constantly offer only the best features for users around the world, including an exciting new feature. It was discovered in the middle of the testing process with some of the users of the Android application, with Google Maps displaying a list of search topics in various categories at the top of the screen.

Google Maps is going to offer users a much simpler and better experience to search for various points of interest around the world, the idea being to help us find what interests us more easily. Google Maps currently displays a new bar with topics of interest in various categories, those from Google currently only list shortcuts to search: restaurants, cafes, super markets, gas stations, pharmacies and hospitals.

Google Maps will immediately display on the map locations of interest in the category that we select with a simple touch, so we don't have to write the words every time we want to search for something. Those from Google have definitely chosen the categories based on the searches made by users through the Google Maps platform, so they can change over time depending on what users are interested in discovering when using the application.

Google Maps has always been thought of as a platform that helps people to find very easily whatever they need, and to be guided very simply to the locations where they want to go, and this function is offered with exactly the same mentality. It is not known when the new function will be officially available for Google Maps applications on iPhone and Android, but I am curious to know what you think about its implementation.
