Google Maps it has almost daily updates from the company Google, so today we are talking about a new change that the American company offers for applications iPhone and Android users. In the image below you can see what it is about, Google Maps applications having implemented the possibility to search among the reviews left by various users for the locations they have visited.
Google Maps allows us to leave reviews for applications in order to inform other people about what they will find there, and what was our experience in that location. The reviews are very useful and will form the basis of some new functions of Google Maps that will be launched in the summer, but today we are talking about the option to search for keywords among the reviews left by anyone in a visible location on the platform .
Google Maps: What the NEW Feature Launched Today does
Google Maps displays a search bar among the reviews, as we see in any other application where texts are present, those from Google trying to help us discover only the relevant information among those published by people. Using this new search function among the reviews visible in Google Maps, we will be able to more easily find the details that matter to us, and this is because some reviews can be long and pointless, or useful information for us/someone.
Google Maps has implemented this function without pomp, the company Google prefers to offer it and let users discover it themselves, and then comment on the usefulness and opportunity of offering it. Google Maps currently has this function available for the application dedicated to Android phones, but theoretically it shouldn't be long until we see it including in the iPhone, if it doesn't appear already.
