The quality in the case of the Google Pixel 2 XL is mainly given by the software, which the Samsung GALAXY Note 9 does not have in an equally good version, but this was known for a long time, so few people should be surprised.

The Samsung GALAXY Note 9 has a camera with a variable aperture of f/1.5 – f/2.4, and during the night the first one is used, but the shots are worse than those made using the Google Pixel 2 XL. The latter has a camera with f/1,8 aperture, but Google managed to think of a software that is powerful enough to eliminate the hardware differences that exist compared to the Samsung GALAXY Note 9, to the satisfaction of customers.
The Samsung GALAXY Note 9 has exactly the same camera as the Samsung GALAXY S9, but unfortunately for users, this does not bring any visible advantage compared to a phone released almost a year ago. Expectations are very high for the Samsung GALAXY Note 9 at the moment, and evidence that it is inferior to the Google Pixel 2 XL in terms of the camera will certainly not help a good evolution for sales.
