WhatsApp has launched today a very important new feature for users all over the world, it has been developed for several months to be finally offered starting today, and we can enjoy it. We are talking about a function that WhatsApp launched for Android users some time after it was also implemented in the iOS platform, but that matters less, because now it is finally available for use.
Today, WhatsApp launched the picture-in-picture system, PiP, for Android phones, allowing the viewing of video clips in small windows, over the chat window, when we want to chat when we see a clip. Starting today, WhatsApp is able to play video clips that we receive with a link for the YouTube, Facetook, Instagram and Streamable platforms through the picture-in-picture system, the system being activated automatically when accessing the video clip.

In the image above, WhatsApp shows the change that all users who benefit from the new functionality will see, so you know in advance what you are going to receive from the American company. Unfortunately, apart from the previously mentioned services, WhatsApp is not going to offer support for others, but that was to be expected, considering that even for iPhones there is exactly the same limitation imposed by the American company.
WhatsApp launches this functionality before the ads make their way into the user interface of the application, the Americans intending to destroy the unequivocal promise made by the co-founders of the platform many years ago. WhatsApp has, of course, other changes prepared for users all over the world at the moment, but these will be implemented in the following months, and we must be patient for them to be offered, the news being prepared for both iPhone and for Android.
