iOS 12.1 will also bring the option to make group FaceTime calls, but only on some models of iPhone phones and iPad tablets that are compatible with it. iOS 12.1 has the feature for group FaceTime calls offered after Apple decided to integrate it in the initial version of iOS 12, but withdrew it for reasons that are still unknown. Separately, the dual-SIM function was announced at the conference for the iPhone XS/XR/Max presentation, but then it was said that it will not be available immediately, so it will be offered starting with iOS 12.1.
