OPPO. As one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers on the planet, the Chinese company has a foldable phone in the development process, as we have already seen with companies like Huawei or Samsung. Unlike the bigger manufacturers, those from OPPO don't have as many resources, but that doesn't stop them from seriously competing with them, and one of their managers recently confirmed when the company's first foldable phone will be launched.
OPPO. Mobile World Congress 2019 is the event where this Chinese foldable phone will be launched, with Huawei and Samsung also intending to do exactly the same thing. Basically, OPPO will be only one of the manufacturers that will have a foldable phone ready for launch at Mobil World Congress 2019, but that's if the phone will really be ready for unveiling at this moment, because otherwise, the launch will be postponed.

OPPO. Patents recently registered for the Chinese company show us that for now it has not been decided how to fold the screens, the method may be different from those prepared by Samsung and Huawei. However, if OPPO manages to complete the foldable phone project, then there are very high chances that those from Vivo, or OnePlus will have similar phones ready for launch, since all the companies are part of the same group.
Chuck Wang, Product Manager of Oppo, has headquarters in Shenzhen to a limited group of Dutch journalists indicated that the first Oppo foldable smartphone will be presented at the MWC 2019. The Mobile World Congress 2019 takes place from 25 to 28 February, it is the world's largest annual event for the mobile industry. Unfortunately the product manager was not yet able to reveal information regarding the specs and the final release date of the first Oppo folding smartphone.
OPPO. In recent years, the company has seriously increased its sales, and has set itself the goal of surpassing Apple, as Huawei did, and as things stand, it probably won't be long until they will succeed. OPPO will present its new foldable phone at Mobile World Congress 2019, but the actual sale will take place a little later, most likely after March.
