Google keeps the tradition of the last years, so in the middle of December it publishes the list of the most popular searches made during the year 2018 for Romania, with the idea of showing us why the world was interested. The searches are divided into a general top, but also into various categories, the baccalaureate and the national assessment being at the top of interest for Romanians in 2018, followed by Black Friday at eMAG, and the World Football Championship. Going by categories, for sports events the World Football Championship was at the top, while Exatlon was the most popular TV show, and Fifty Shades Freed was the most popular movie released in 2018.
